At Anveri Textiles, we are committed to providing high-quality women’s ethnic clothing that meets your expectations. We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a simple replacement or exchange process.

Exchange Policy

No Returns or Refunds:
We do not offer returns or refunds once the product is sold and delivered.

We offer only exchange or replacement of products.

If you receive a damaged product, defective product, or incorrect item, we will replace the product after verification.

You may exchange the product with the same product or any other available product from our store, subject to stock availability.

Sale Items:
Items marked as Sale, Clearance, Final Sale, or Discounted Products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

Products purchased from Anveri Textiles can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, exchange requests will not be accepted.

To be eligible for exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

The product must be in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

An unboxing video is required for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product claims.

Our team will review your request and guide you with the exchange process and shipping instructions.

How to Exchange Products

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges.

Customers need to send the return parcel to our warehouse address at their own cost.

Currently, we do not provide reverse pickup service for all locations.

If reverse pickup is arranged from our side, the customer may need to pay Rs. 250 as reverse shipping charge.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to safely return the product.

Important: Please do not send any product back without approval from our support team. Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately after delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, missing product, or wrong item claims.

After verification, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged products

Products without original tags or packaging

Customized, altered, stitched, or personalized products

Sale, clearance, discounted, or final sale items

Items returned after 5 days of delivery
